A little birdie that shall rename nameless sent us these sketches just a few hours ago. They’re the result of the 2012 Interactive Design Competition held this summer, with many of the submissions being from students of the College of Creative Studies; as such, they don’t necessarily indicate the direction General Motors will take with the next sixth generation Camaro, which is due in 2015, will ride on GM’s new Alpha RWD architecture shared with the Cadillac ATS, and feature smaller proportions.
As you can see, the drawings range from modern interpretations of the third-gen Camaro to something entirely new and sleek, with one of the sketches being for the top-of-the-line ZL1 model. Interestingly, one of the slides contains an overview of future Camaro owners:
