Whatever you might call a large number of web videos–a bushel, a pack, a crap-ton–we’ve got it, this time some detail shots of the upcoming, monstrous Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

The videos show anything and everything from the air intake for the 580-horsepower supercharged V-8 engine to some b-roll of the convertible ZL1 driving around a small track. Some of the footage is pretty mundane–shots of the engine compartment, for example–but we’ve found another clip with a fair amount of engine noise and tire smoke to make up for it.

Yenko Camaro For Sale

To apply what George Orwell said in Animal Farm to Chevys pony car, “all Camaros are equal, but some are more equal than others.”

This weeks selection via Hemmings is one that is definitely of the “more equal” variety. The Camaro debuted in late 1966 as a 1967 model. Chevys intent was to get a piece of the new market the Ford Mustang created in mid-1964.
